Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment.


Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days (1–2 weeks) depending on your location.

Please note that shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including:

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • High order volumes

We appreciate your patience and understanding while your order is on its way.


Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that may include tracking information so you can monitor the status of your delivery.

Please allow 1–3 days for tracking information to update after shipment.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we may not be able to guarantee delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply if the package needs to be re-shipped.


Delivered but Missing or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

SwiftKitchen is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

If you believe your package was stolen, we recommend:

  • Checking around your property and with neighbors

  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly

  • Filing a claim with the carrier if available


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the issue.
